If the task has been created in the web app then you will be able to open this from your task list.
Or from the Main Menu Select Profile – Certificate/Training Completed
From the list select Skills & Competencies Training Register.

Tap on the item and click View details.

Tap the Sign Off ticks.

You can view the file either from the list or within the item.

To add a new Skill or Competency:

From the Main Menu select Profile then Certificate/Training Completed.
Then choose Skills & Competencies Training Register.
Tap the green + to add a new item.
Complete the details as required.
Click +ADD FILE
Tap the blue Save Tick.

Click on the item again, select View Details & then tap the green Sign Off ticks as per above.
