Select Add New

Add the title of the meeting to the title field.

Select the agenda items from the drop-down list, then select the plus button to add it to the list.
If you want to edit the agenda item, select the agenda item, then select the eye icon to bring up the edit items field. Edit the title and select save.
To add a new agenda item, select the plus icon to bring up the Add New item field. Add the new title of the agenda item and select save.
Repeat the process until all your agenda items are added to the grid below.
If you want to delete an agenda item, select the delete icon next to the agenda item you want to remove.

Use the drop-down list to select the location of the Toolbox Prestart meeting.
If you want to edit a location, select the location, then select the eye icon to bring up the edit items field. Edit the location and select save.
To add a new location, select the plus icon to bring up the Add New item field. Add the new location and select the location type from the drop-down list, then select save.

Then select the team members who you want to attend the toolbox prestart meeting by selecting their names from the drop-down list and selecting the plus button.
However, if you want everyone in the staff list to be invited you can select the tick icon to add all team members to the grid.
If you want to delete a team member from the list, select the delete icon next to the team member you want to remove.
NOTE: this must include the presenter

Select the requested Start Date & Time from the Date & Time picker.

Select the requested Finish Date & Time from the Date & Time picker.

Select the date Toolbox meeting was added to Safetyminder. Defaults to today’s date.

Actual Start Time and Actual Finish time are recorded by the presenter using the mobile app.

Select the presenter from the drop-down list of team members.
Note: the presenter conducts the meeting, records attendance & records topics discussed in the toolbox using their mobile app.

Select person responsible to for the Toolbox meeting from the drop-down list of team members.

To load a copy of the Documents, select Add File.
Locate the document in your local hard drive and select open.
The title will upload with the document, but can be changed at any time.
You can add a description of the document as well.

Actions
After the initial upload of the document you are then able to use the action icons.
You can delete the document.
You can upload a new version of the document.
Or you can download a copy of the existing document.

When finished Select Save.
